Common questions
Why is there no price list?
Because capacity, performance, service tier and site conditions all move the number, and a figure that ignores them would be misleading. A short conversation about your workload produces a real quote quickly.
Can we change model later?
Rent-to-own exists precisely for that. Moving from rental to ownership mid-term is possible and is handled case by case.
What is included in the monthly management fee?
Monitoring, patching, capacity reporting and support at your chosen service tier. Higher tiers add faster response times, onsite spares and a dedicated account engineer.
